Alli Brown is a Salt Lake City–based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Sandy, Utah, known for emotionally grounded songwriting and a powerful, expressive vocal. Immersed in music from an early age, she began formal music education at just two years old, building a strong foundation in classical training before finding her creative voice through songwriting and live performance in her early teens. What began with violin and ukulele quickly evolved into a lifelong dedication to crafting songs rooted in honesty, melody, and storytelling.
Blending acoustic pop, folk, and subtle country influences, Alli’s sound is shaped in part by time spent in Virginia during her formative years, drawing from both western and southern musical traditions. Inspired by artists such as Taylor Swift, Florence + The Machine, Sara Bareilles, Noah Kahan, and Sheryl Crow, her music reflects personal experiences and emotional depth, aiming to create connection through vulnerability and strength.
In February 2025, Alli released her independent debut album, Undeniable, a defining milestone in her career. The album—featuring fan favorites like My Own Superhero, I Want It All, and Lies Are Circulating—has surpassed 400,000 streams and explores themes of hope, heartache, and self-empowerment. The release solidified her presence as an emerging independent artist with a sound that resonates well beyond her home state.
A seasoned and versatile performer, Alli has appeared on stages ranging from intimate venues to major events, including the Utah Arts Festival main stage. She has headlined shows across Utah and delivered numerous national anthem performances for large-scale events, including the Monster Jam World Finals. Her live performances are known for their emotional clarity, vocal precision, and strong audience connection.
Alli’s collaborative work includes early studio recordings with hip-hop artists T James (Distant Shapes, 2019) and Ideal Dialect (Kundalini Awakening, 2019), as well as a long-standing musical partnership with her sister, Sarah. Their duet Prairie Smoke highlights the sisters’ natural harmonies and shared musical history.
